Super-babe Elana Kagan will be joining smoking-hot, Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg for the Supreme Court’s next session. Kagan, having held the position of Solicitor General for a year and a half before being appointed to the court, had never argued a case in court before her appointment and has never been a judge.
President Obama touted the historic precedent set in having three female justices serving on the nation’s highest court. “It is a sign of progress I relish,” the President remarked, “and I super-like relish.”
“This is awesome,” Chief Justice John Roberts stated in a conversation with Justice Thomas. “It’s like having Charlie’s Angels right here in chambers!!”
As well as being the first woman Solicitor General and the fourth woman to sit on the Supreme Court, Kagan is also the fourth woman not to sleep with Bill Clinton during his administration (the third being Hillary).
