Songstress turned activist, Sheryl Crow, confused several social media followers yesterday when she publicly donated her Tesla to National Public Radio in protest of something only Common Core math could explain.
“There comes a time when you have to decide who you are willing to align with,” her perplexing post conveyed. “So long Tesla.”
Crow focused her angst at Elon Musk, whose DOGE department is seeking to halt federal funding to the left-leaning public radio network.
She categorized the donation as, “Money donated to @npr, which is under threat by President Musk, in hopes that the truth will continue to find its way to those willing to know the truth.”
Crow’s newest album, Sanctimonious, is set for release in early 2026.

In related news, billionaire Elon Musk has put his collection of Sheryl Crow CD’s up for auction on EBay, with hopes of using the proceeds to bolster waning Tesla sales.
The 4 CD (mostly Napster downloaded) collection includes some of Crow’s biggest hits, plus her 4th album, C’mon, C’mon, which Musk borrowed from his sister, Tosca, and never returned.
You’ll get hits like My Favorite Mistake, A Change Would Do You Good, and even bonus commentary tracks of Musk discussing how he would have recorded each song!
Listing price for the set is $15.50 (or best offer) along with a nominal shipping fee.
