At a White House press conference today, President Obama made a point of addressing the semi-popular Obama-Llama song that was all the rage back in the second week of October ’08.

“I just heard it the other day, and it’s a hoot!” the head of state acknowledged. “I just love those darned llamas!”

 “Sir, how do you feel about Alpacas?” NBC’s Andy Hiller asked following the statement, to which Obama replied, “Al-what-cas?!?”

Enraged Obama supporter, Mr. Chuckles (left), was among many within the Alpaca community that felt slighted by the President’s remarks.

“To deny our existence is akin to denying the Holocaust or slavery,” Chuckles told reporters, “Maybe we haven’t been part of this country as long as our Llama counterparts, but we deserve better than this!”
