What are those folks at Hogwarts up to now?!?  I just saw Filius Flitwick (Charms Professor and head of Ravenclaw House) on the news yesterday talking about passing legislation to give government control over the regulation of tobacco products. Sure, I’d understand if it was Thicknesse or Quirril…or even Severus Snape, but Flitwick?!? 

I recall my days under Filius’ tutelage.  We shared a common bond, and not just height, but a wide eyed awe for the mysteries of the universe and a silent, but white-hot burning contempt for one Harry Potter.

I remember one time I was telling old Flitwick about how Harry and Fred and their stupid girlfriend Hermoine were scorching Yorbs in the Great Hall with a the tip of a Garkzer and I walked up and told them to stop, but they were all like, “No.”

And he said, “Hmmmm. That’s interesting,” and nodded.

It was then I knew he harbored the same resentful hatred toward Harry and his meddlesome friends.  I’ll never forget that special moment.
