Copenhagen (Unknown Country) -Recently knighted economist, “Lord” Nicholas Stern stated that the impact of climate change was actually greater than he had at first surmised in his October 2007 ground breaking and influential report creatively titled, The Stern Report

“We know that greenhouse gases are rising. And we know the [global] temperature is rising. We can look back through ice-core data and see over 800,000 years, relationships between carbon dioxide and the temperature of the world,” he stated defiantly.

The ice-core data could not be reached for comment.

Of those nay-sayers that don’t prescribe to his views, he added, “They are marginal and they are ridiculous. And they are very confused..and akin to flat-earthers and…and…stupid poop-face stupid dumb heads!!!”  At which point, his mother advised that Nicky couldn’t play anymore because it was time for his nap.
